Mexican Shrimp

The Coasts of Mexico are a tropical paradise with starfish, choirs, fish of diverse colors and of course, the famous Mexican Shrimp.

With industrialization limited, the marine habitat of the estuaries, bays, ocean and farms of cultivation close to the coast, continues being one of the healthy and purest environments for the marine life.

For the shrimp the ideal environment includes the full currents of nutritious elements where the water is pure and the climate provides idyllic temperatures.

This utopia for the shrimp is found in all the coast of Mexico and in two different environments: wild and of cultivation.

The wild shrimp generally reaches larger sizes since they swim more, creating more muscle.  It is known by its texture extra sign and its slightly sweet flavor.

The shrimp of cultivation grows in an environment controlled.  In Mexico, the reservoirs near the edge imitate the habitat of the wild shrimp achieving quality and consistent characteristics.  This shrimp has a smoother flavor and their sizes are medians or large.

The combination of weather conditions and of ideal cultivation with the advanced processes of quality control, distinguish al Mexican shrimp as an upper product.
